This depends on your fitness level. We recommend that everyone start with the beginners aerial yoga class or a private course before advancing. Defy Gravity’s beginners courses (offered Tuesdays at 10:15am, Wednesdays at 4:30pm & Thursdays at 6:30pm) are the least challenging of all the classes.
