Experience feminine flowing yoga and energy activation to make your body, mind and spirit feel great! Let go of stress and anxiety held in your body and mind. You will learn sensuous yoga moves infused with tantra breath-work that uplifts, nurtures and opens your “Shakti” energy. This class is also a workout that will have your heart pumping and body moving!

Defy Aerial Silks Yoga – Beginners

This introductory course is designed especially for beginners! Includes suspended stretching, zero-compression inversions (held for short periods of time) and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally, and is recommended for first timers. This class is structured just like your usual Flow, with centering warm-up, posture focus, inversion and savasana in the silk hammock to elevate off the floor. This class was designed for true beginners – absolutely no prior experience necessary! Just an open mind, open heart and belief in yourself! Open yourself up to a whole new world and come fly with us!

Defy Aerial Silks Yoga – All Levels

This course includes zero-compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally, and structured just like your usual yoga flow with centering warm-up, posture focus, inversion and Savasana. This is an all-levels class ending with savasana in the silk hammock to elevate off the floor. Simplify your inversions, deepen your hip openers, and bring space to your back bend. Curl up in your own aerial hammock and explore your yoga from a new elevation. Come fly with us!

Defy Full Body Sculpt

These classes are more than unique!!! Only at our studio, a truly one-of-a-kind method combining barre technique with yoga swings, hula hoops, free weights, fitness bands and more! Defy Full Body Sculpt will target every muscle, work the core, challenge balance and leave you feeling revitalized, renewed, and stronger every day!

Defy Gentle Stretch & Tone

This introductory course is designed especially for beginners with absolutely no experience of any kind necessary! With a slower pace than our other classes, this class includes gentle suspended stretching in the swing, slow paced toning methods and a uniquely fun workout that is sure to be enjoyed by truly anyone! These sweet stretches will leave you completely blissed out. This gentle flow class was designed for true beginners – absolutely no prior experience necessary! Just an open mind, open heart and belief in yourself!

Hoop Core Fitness

Introducing World Record holder Betty Hoops’ Hoop Core Fitness class! Burn 100 calories every 10 minutes in this fun, heart-rate & smile increasing cardio workout using hula hoops! This incredible class is designed for absolutely anyone who wants to get in great shape and have fun doing so! Designed for: • Core Strengthening, Increased Oxygen & Blood Flow, Flushing of Body Toxins, Increased Flexibility, Improved Digestion, Increased Range of Motion, Stronger Sense of Consciousness, Endorphins & Hormone Stimulation, Fun & Happiness!!! Defy Aerial Tricks & Playtime
Flip, trick & move your way in the swing like Cirque du Soleil in a class focused highly on core and upper body strength ~ while having fun, fun, fun! Each class, we will stretch to make sure we are ready to play, and then we will do just that! We will focus on a few tricks with free time for anything students wish to work on. It is highly recommended that students have taken other aerial classes first in order to feel comfortable enough on the swing to get into higher level poses.

Low Swing Yin Aerial
This emphasizes deep stretches that open and re-align the connective tissues of the body. The poses are approached in a passive manner to allow the body to soften, relax, and release in its own time. Cultivating a peaceful and meditative experience through stillness and self reflection. Practicing these poses with the soft support of the Aerial swing takes this meditative experience to a whole new level, and creates a more nurturing environment for the body to respond to.
